[:it]Quest’anno La Festa della focaccia di Recco è Igp. Una festa, il prossimo 22 maggio, che la Città ed il Consorzio dedicano a questo prodotto che ha reso famosa nel mondo Recco. È una Festa e non una sagra in quanto la focaccia in degustazione presso i punti segnalati viene offerta gratuitamente al vasto pubblico. Lunghissime le code, ma anche tantissimi gli appassionati frettolosi gourmet (che non resistono) e si approvvigionano, in questo caso a pagamento, delle ambite focacce presso i punti vendita di panifici e asporti o si accomodano comodamente a tavola nei numerosi ristoranti associati al Consorzio. Come sempre la mattinata sarà dedicata a quella che comunemente a Recco viene chiamata la “focaccia del mattino” ovvero la focaccia normale e quella con le cipolle, al pomeriggio appuntamenti clou con la Focaccia di Recco col formaggio Igp.

Le degustazioni saranno gratuite: la mattina di focaccia normale e con le cipolle dalle 10 alle 12 in piazza Nicoloso, via XXV Aprile, via Trieste e via XX Settembre; al pomeriggio di Focaccia di Recco col formaggio Igp dalle ore 14,30 alle 18,30; al panificio Moltedo G.B.
