Sarà un lungo week end interamente dedicato al Cioccolato Gourmet ed alle squisitezze abbinabili al Cibo degli Dei, quello di “Passione Cioccolato” che si terrà al Borgo medievale di Torino dal 29 aprile al 1 maggio 2016, in una location cult che con i suoi 500 mila visitatori l’anno sale sul podio dei luoghi più amati dai torinesi e dai turisti di ogni dove, insieme alla Mole Antonelliana ed al Museo Egizio.

Gli splendidi spazi del Salone San Giorgio, ospiteranno gli stand dei migliori Maestri Cioccolatieri del Gusto piemontesi, con le loro produzioni più esclusive. Passione Cioccolato sarà un’occasione imperdibile per il grande pubblico che potrà immergersi nella cultura del cacao e dei migliori cioccolati, tra dimostrazioni, degustazioni guidate, abbinamenti e assaggi.
E poiché il cioccolato è sinonimo di buon gusto, è stato creato un percorso goloso, selezionando tra i “Maestri del Gusto”, tante golosità che si abbinano perfettamente al cioccolato: gelati artigianali, piccola pasticceria, cibi da passeggio e birre artigianali, vini e liquori, spezie…

Tante saranno le attrazioni di Passione Cioccolato, a cominciare dalla presenza della Sicilia come Regione ospite di questa prima edizione. Oltre ad esserci alcuni tra i migliori cioccolati artigianali di Modica, si celebrerà il gemellaggio con il CioccolArt Sicily Museum.

Torino ed il Piemonte si riconfermano così polo d’eccellenza del cioccolato artigianale e d’autore anche grazie a maîtres chocolatiers del calibro di Silvio Bessone, Guido Castana e Guido Gobino diventati famosi ed apprezzati ben oltre i confini nazionali.

The beautiful spaces of the Fair St. George, will host the stands of the best Master Chocolatiers Taste of Piedmont, with their most exclusive productions. Chocolate Passion will be an unmissable opportunity for the general public who can immerse themselves in the culture of cocoa and the best chocolates, including demonstrations, tastings, pairings and tastings.
And because chocolate is synonymous with good taste, it was created a greedy path, selecting between the “Masters of Taste”, so many goodies that combine well with the chocolate: homemade ice cream, pastries, walking food and craft beers, wines and liqueurs, spices …
